Turn your venue into a game show.

Guests scan a QR code on the big screen and play from their phones while the live scoreboard runs up front. Or run it from one screen and let the room shout the answers. No production crew, no app, nothing to hire.

Your own trivia round on the big screen

Every event has a moment where the energy drops.

Drinks receptions where everyone talks to the person they already know. Conference breaks where people check their phones instead of networking. Weddings where the room splits into small groups before the speeches.

A QR code goes on the screen and guests scan it in seconds. A few minutes later, eighty people are competing on a live scoreboard, cheering for their team, and talking to the stranger next to them because they just got beaten to an answer.

That conversation carries through the rest of the event.

Before, during and after, all from a laptop.

  1. Before the day

Build a question set in the Playground around the couple, the brand or the conference theme, or buy a ready-made template from a partner.

  2. Share it

Schedule the session for the right moment and print its poster for tables and the bar. Guests who scan early see a countdown.

  3. On the day

Plug your laptop into the venue screen. The QR code is big enough to scan from the back. You set the pace and skip anything that is not landing.

  4. The finish

The podium goes up on the big screen and you announce the winners. Players can share their own result card, and you can share the podium.

Pick the format that fits the room.

Individual scores for the biggest turnout, teams for the loudest room, or one screen when phones would spoil the moment.

Everyone on their own phone

Guests join with a QR code or link and answer in real time, while the live scoreboard runs on the shared screen.

Best for: conferences, brand activations and anywhere you want one clear winner.

Team play

Split the room into up to 5 teams. Each team agrees an answer and its team lead submits it, so a table can play around a single phone. On a call, let every member answer instead.

Best for: weddings, table-by-table competitions and any room with seating groups.

One host, no phones

You run every game from your screen and the room answers out loud. Only your device needs a connection, and Neegma keeps the timer and the score.

Best for: stage segments with a few contestants, and dinners where phones stay away.

How one-host sessions work

Four kinds of event. The same platform.

Before the speeches, the room is already warm

At the drinks reception, the poster sits by the bar and guests scan in. The game is all about the couple: where they first went on holiday, who said it first, how long before the first date. Old friends end up neck and neck with someone from the other side of the family. Twenty-five minutes later, the room walks into dinner already warm.

Event: Wedding reception

Your product on the big screen, your guests playing for it

150 people at a launch. The event manager writes a round about the product's story and the brand's history, and names the teams after the product's features. Everyone is now playing on behalf of a team, reading about the product, and talking about it with the people next to them.

Event: Brand activation

The 2pm slump, fixed in fifteen minutes

Day one of a two-day conference, just after lunch. The session host runs a short trivia set on the conference theme and the morning's speakers. Delegates who were quietly checking email are now on the leaderboard, and the winning team gets its name read out from the stage.

Event: Conference break

Strangers walk in. A community walks out.

A monthly meetup of 60 people, most there for the first time. Before the agenda, the organiser splits the room into five teams with questions about the community's shared interest. People who arrived knowing nobody are suddenly huddled with a dozen strangers, arguing about an answer.
